Ingredients:
Bread : 5-6 slices
Potato: 4 pieces(boiled, peeled and smashed)
Ginger : finely grated ( 1 spoon)
Onion : 2-3 chopped onions
Garlic : sliced and cut into small pieces (1-2 spoon)
Green chillies : finely cut into small pieces (3-4 pieces)
Besan (Gram powder) : 5-6 spoons
Salt to taste
Chilli powder: 1/2 spoon
Oil to fry.
Method:
Smash the breads and mix with potatoes,onions, ginger,garlic and green chillies. Add salt and chilli powder as well. Now mix with besan slowly and slowly to make a proper dough. If required, add little water. Make small small balls ( try balls with less thickness ) and deep fry in oil. Have these pakodas with green chutney, it will taste amazing.
